Don&t make as many appointments at Parkridge so the wait time is shortened.
The cortisone shot has worked wonders for my shoulder.
Clean, friendly, respectful, and patient
Appointment is timely and all staff are courteous.
Apréciate for everything.
Great experience
I have been going to Dr. Holmes quite some time. I have immense amount of trust in him and all of the people at Lexington Medical Center. It's a real good service. Thank you very much.
Good professional service.
I had confidence in the doctor's judgment and plan of action.
I had pleasant experience with staff and Dr.
I have been a patient of Dr Holmes for at least 10 years. He's one of my favorite Orthepedic Doctors!
Everyone was professional and kind.
The Doctors and staff were very professional and able to explain to me in layman's terms what is going on with my shoulder. I was very impressed and comfortable with them.
Everyone was very professional from check to doctor visit.
I don't have a visit summary on Mychart. Could be that they just haven't posted it yet. I have to say that was probably the fastest, most efficient and most productive doctor's appointment I've ever had. Friendly and courteous staff. A pleasant experience except for the needle.?
Dr Holmes has performed surgery on many of my friends and family. He and his staff are an asset to their professions!
Completely satisfied
It was a little difficult to find where I was suppose to be.
Enjoyed
Confident in Dr Holmes and his entire staff. Always friendly and most importantly professional in addressing any issues.
Always a great experience
Loved this doctor!
Dr. Holmes takes time with his patients. He explained the surgery and asked me for my questions. He took the time to answer them so that I could understand.
Very professional
First class group of skilled professionals.
Dr. Holmes is a thoughtful caring physician.
Again respect our time. School is important and checking out early for appointment is fine if that's the only time available, but then to arrive on time and have to wait an hour and a half to get back to the exam room is ridiculous!!! And again this has been the case more than once.
Dr Holmes and his staff were very friendly and polite. I appreciated being treated respectfully. He is a true asset to your business.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Very informative, and answered all my questions. However, the wait times seem to be extensive each time that I visit for the most part. I would like to see shorter wait times when coming to this office in the future.
Communication is important to me. I was prescribed PT but, had to re-explain myself to the PT about why I was there, which knee needed therapy and how many session I needed, because I didn;t always have the same instructor. The PT's were all personable but, appear to deal with multiple clients at one time which did not give me the one-on-one attention I thought I deserved and was probably billed for. Again, treatment at Prisma has been awesome!
Very satisfied
I appreciated Dr. Holmes working with me and his efforts to find a solution to my knee problems. I cannot see how the visit could have gone any better.
I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone.
Everything exceeded my expectations.
All was great
Long wait. Appointment time was delayed for one hour.
Great!
I wouldn't go any place else or have any other doctor care for me besides Dr.Holmes and his care team! The most caring, considerate group of people!
Dr Holmes and his staff are second none. A+
Thank you! You all are awesome! Happy Holidays!
Was well pleased with my visit
Friendly and thoughtful
I really enjoyed myself and the staff that was there, very polite. I will definitely recommend family members or anyone that's in need of a doctor or orthopedic.
I was pleased with everything about my appointment with Dr. Holmes and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs an orthopedic surgeon.
I had a good experience. It's has just been taking a while for my prescription to get sent in so I can receive it. It's been a day and a half and nothing yet. I've called the office two times.
Dr. Holmes is awesome!!!
Everyone is always so helpful and friendly.
Every staff member was so friendly, professional and kind.
Professional, quick, and courteous.
The only thing I was upset about is I had paid for my visit and checked in online, and the girl at the desk didn't have any record of that. And that was a little bit upsetting, but she did finally find it once I filled out my wellness information on the pad. So maybe that's what it takes for all that to come through. But it was a little annoying to be told I had not paid several times when I knew I had. That's all.
