Enjoy the proactive approach taken by my doctor.
It was good.
Great experience. Very professional, yet friendly and kind.
Very happy to have found such a wonderful place to talk about npmy health. I went through a few doctors before landing at Dr. FENNELL'S practice. And thank God, I found MY doctor!
Presley, Dr Fennell's nurse, is very sweet and I enjoyed talking to her as well as Dr. Fennell.
Promptness was excellent for my appointment
Great experience, with a Great Dr., Nurse & Staff !
First time I saw Dr Fennell due to my doctor had retired and had to find another one. I was very impressed and feel like I made the correct choice on finding a new doctor for me.
I am satisfied with Dr. Fennell and his nurse. They are nice, courteous and professional. Extremely satisfied with my health care and provider.
Well satisfied
I was ill and called the office to see if there was an opening. There was and I got in at 9:30. Dr Fennell checked me over and found my problem. I got my meds and am feeling better. He was concerned with my problem as I'm not ill very often.
My first time with Dr. Fennell and his staff. I was favorably impressed with everyone I met. The doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasurable experience.
Entire staff very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Fennell was great.
All was covered well.
My questions and concerns were addressed completely. I feel confident in Dr. Fennell and the staff.
The only thing this provider didn't know about my medical history is what my previous provider didn't send in.
We could not have chosen a better provider than the practice we chose or Prisma in general!
There is not enough nicely qualified practice such as cypress internal med around. Took 3 years plus to get a spot as new patient.
I wish this provider would spend less time looking at the screen and more time face to face with me. He also tends to talk over me or interrupt me when speaking.
My previous doctor had retired, so this was my first time at this practice. I was very pleased. I liked the place. It was easy to get in and out of. Dr. Fennell was very efficient and kind. I think I'll enjoy coming to this practice. Keep up the good work. Thank you. Bye-bye.
Best Dr. Visit in years. He listened, gave both sides of alternatives, and logical recommendation. Best Dr. visit in years.
Everything was efficient and smooth
Enjoy Dr Fennell's straight forward manner and aggressive attitude toward problem solving.
Dr. Fennell is the first Dr. That wants to get to the bottom of my issue & resolve it. I feel very confident under his care !!
Always the best
Just wish Dr would spend a tiny bit more time, he seemed ruched
Dr. Fennell is very professional - and practical - in terms of treatment options and listens to what I have to say in the matter. The staff in that office are great. Actually upbeat and smiling. That isn't always the case in some offices.
I was impressed at how fast I got an X-Ray of my knee immediately after seeing Dr. Todd Fennell.
I do prefer filling out the health questionnaire and other information using my Prisma account before anappointment instead of having to do all that paperwork on arrival.
Dr Fennell is straight forward and yet personable. I believe he cares about each patient and makes sure the patient understands what he is saying. I'm glad he is at Cypress and I was able to transfer to his care from another practice.
Dr Fennell and RN are awesome, efficient, professional and very relaxed and friendly. I feel safe and well cared for.
Great
Excellent physician and staff
I am a new patient and very pleased with how the doctor listened and made me feel like I mattered.
It was quick..
Satisfied....have only been seeing Dr. Fennell for about 6 months. I expect more time and experience will build further confidence.
Doctor is very caring and has your health at heart not like some doctors, just in a hurry to get you out I have trust in him and that is so important
Dr. Fennell and his nurse are the absolute best. I followed the doc from one practice to his new one and love his nurse (forget her name) but she is the most welcoming and comforting nurse I've ever experienced in a practice.
I have said soo much already. Very impressed with Dr. Fennell . His pleasing personality...the way he welcomed us, his warm vibes, and his "knowledge" and everything...his attitude was soo nice (not like the "others"). A very caring Man. I felt as if I were talking to a relative... Very grateful for him!!
Dr Fennell is a great doctor, he listens and he takes great care of me
It was a good experience. I liked the nurse/tech and the doctor
PLease negotiate with United Health Care or we will be forced to go somewhere else.
Excellent doctor. Spends time explaining what I need to know.
Good visit Trust Dr. Fennell
Dr. Fennell is excellent.
This was my second visit as a new patient, appreciate the staff and getting seen at appointed time.
The doctor can seem abrupt at times.
Dr. Fennell has always taken the most time he can to listen to my needs and concerns. I like that he is quick with explanations of conditions I have and better solutions for remediation so medications may not be oversubscribed or unnecessarily used. I rarely see Dr. Fennell, but he has always been courteous and friendly.
I had a question of the doctor. I think it's okay now. Maybe I can skip the question, but I went to my chart and it was a little difficult to navigate how to ask a question. It had to do with my prescription, whether it was to change or not. But I thought my chart was a little bit difficult. That was my only issue. Thank you. Bye.
everything is good.
