No better way to visit was terrific!
The dr. And the staff are number 1 can't think of anything they could do to improve.
N/A, everyone is great
Everything was excellent
Dr. Rinkliff listens carefully and explains in detail to ensure you understand everything going on.
Everything was perfect!!
Everything good
The cancer team approach has really made this challenge a very liveable experience. Good news so far and team has connected with patient. Thank you.
The care was top notch!! Very thorough and everybody was in sync with each other. I couldn't have asked for anything to be better.
Everything is excellent.
I can think of nothing more! My experience was an excellent one.
my surgeon acted as though he really did not want to be bothered with questions and when I did ask a question about a concern I had, he acted frustrated with me. I've lived a long time and been in the medical field myself for several years and have never encountered a doctor like him. Because of his demeanor I have no idea what kind of clinician he was or the job he did because he was a terrible communicator. I'm sorry that I'm having to give a review like this. I know that we are all on different journeys, including the doctors that treat us, but there are simply some jobs where a doctor needs to control his attitude. If he had taken five minutes to check the past three months of my medical history perhaps he would've treated me a bit differently.
Had someone call to setup appointments with other Doctors and she was not very professional and didn't listen to my questions. I hung up sick of trying to talk with people that will not listen.
My visit could not have been better. Any questions I had were answered.
Everything was fine!
Nothing doing great
I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time. I understand days can get crazy and doctors get behind but it would be nice to get a call that the doctor is running behind and have me come in later than waiting there for over an hour.
Everyone we dealt with was great.
Everything was perfect. I was very pleased with my care
It was ridiculously hot in the lobby and in the patient rooms. Staff was hot as well
The doctor was running late but two nurses made sure we knew we were not forgotten and alert us to the issue. This was very much appreciated.
Very happy & satisfied with care
The wait time for the appointment was an hour and a half.
I had to wait an hour after being put in an exam room. Thankfully I didn't have any other appointments that day. A nurse did come in and told me he was "running behind" and would "be in soon" but no other explanation. After another half hour of waiting another nurse came in and asked if I needed to use the restroom or anything, and that he would "be here soon". The Dr. came in a few minutes later and apologized saying he was detained in a room and couldn't leave. I understand if he delayed due to being in surgery and having complications, etc. I did appreciate his apology, but there should be a better way for the staff to inform the patients that are having to wait an inordinate amount of time. After waiting 30-45 minutes, a patient should, at least be given the option of continuing to wait or rescheduling. Neither options were presented to me.
Dr Rinkliff is wonderful.
Every thing was great
I did mean to say no to the cleanliness of the facility, because the facility always is clean, but to the doctor, Wincliffe, he did not answer my questions. He brushed me out. Okay? So that's about that. Thank you.
Everything top notch
No way! Everything was terrific!
Everything was great.
Dr. Rinkliff and staff were wonderful. He was thoughtful about how I was feeling as he was explaining everything about my health journey. I appreciate how thorough he was explaining the medical/surgical process and also that he considered my thoughts about the procedures.
The waiting area and exam rooms were extremely cold. It would be better if they were warmer. Other than that, it was a great experience.
Everything good.
The staff was awsome
Care is excellent
I don't have any suggestions because I think I received excellent care from everyone involved.
Dr. Rinkliff is the best!!!
You all were GREAT!!!
Everything was done professionally and respectfully and I can't think of anything that would need improvement.
Not a thing. I was informed exactly what to do and who to contact if I had questions or concerns or worries about the return of my breast cancer.
it was a good visit and nurse, and doctor answered my questions.
I could not have wished for better care than what I received from my visit
No improvement needed everything was more than satisfactory as always I will choose Prisma over any facility
Excellent experience.
I TRIED TO GET A REFERRAL TO THE LYMPATIC CENTER WHICH I STILL NEED. THE REFERRAL PERSON HAD NO IDEA HOW TO ASK MY PRIMARY FOR THE PROPER REFERRAL!!!!! SO I WILL GO TO BON SECOURS PROVIDERS INSTEAD.
all good no improvement needed
My appointment was at 11:05 and I was asked to be there at 10:50. I arrived just before 10:50 and the receptionist pleasantly checked me in. After an hour in the waiting room, as other patients came into the waiting room and were called into rooms, I remained waiting. I asked the receptionist for an update and she said right after I checked in, she learned that Dr. Rinkliff was running 40-45 minutes behind schedule. I was sitting in eyesight and short distance from her. She could have updated me when she learned of the backup, so I could adjust my expectations. I ended up waiting 1 1/2 hours for an appointment, and spent a total of 5 minutes with the doctor. This was extremely frustrating. Also, a lady in the waiting room was on the phone speaking very loudly, at times, putting the phone on speaker so the entire waiting room could hear both sides of the conversation (all in Spanish). I told the receptionist this was very annoying, and nothing was done. It seems that out of respect for others in the waiting room, they could have asked her to lower the volume of her voice, or even refrain from talking on the phone in the waiting room. This added to my frustration while waiting for an excessive amount of time for my appointment.
There was nothing that could have been better!
Everything was just fine
Absolutely nothing. This office is absolutely amazing.
