Make all scans and lab results even from outside sources that have been downloaded in your system available to the patient through My Chart.
I was very happy with my health care provider and his team.
I can't think of anything right now. Everything and everyone was very respectful and kind.
Everyone supported me well. Excellent staff.
No front desk person was at desk and I had to wait forever to check in
It took forever (2 months) to get someone to make an appointment after my edocrinologist made the referral. Could not get response from office staff. Finally got an appintment after I contacted the Prisma Patient advocates.
All was good !
maybe quicker response to messages
Excellent care and advice.
Can't think of any. I have complete trust in the Prisma personnel I've dealt with. All are courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable.
Prayer is essential and assuring for me. I waited 6 months for an appointment. Having 2 aneurysms on my brain, there seems to be no urgency to this office in getting me an early appointment! I was practically living in fear of ruptured and no knowledge of my situation.
You have done everything you can do.
Everything went nice. They were nice as they could be to me. Thank you.
The appointment/referral process was lengthy and the gatekeeper quite rude.
I have no suggestions, because the trust and support was great.
I had no issues with the services I received and was treated well .
We had to wait two hours for our appointment. They were very, very over scheduled. The doctor was very good and we understood what he needed to tell us, but the wait was ridiculous.
All good
Responding to MyChart messages.
My visit with the nurse, the nurse practitioner, and then Dr. Moftakar was very pleasant. The Dr listened to my concerns and we discussed possible treatment options.
Continue the process of making your business thrive
I do wish they had gotten me in sooner so I didn't have to initially seek care elsewhere when I needed a medication scan. The person who does the initial bookings was horribly rude. I wasn't able to see for two months after my emergency. And then the office wait to see him was over two hours, once we arrived. As for the doctor, he was wonderful, bedside manner was perfect, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to give detail, and was very pleasant, in addition. He also ordered the scans that I requested and didn't minimize or ridicule my request for something different, which I've experienced with other providers. I was very impressed and pleased.
Appointment went well. No additional comments
The staff is professional and friendly
All good!
Everything was good. Everyone was nice, respectful and helpful.
Our only concern throughout my whole surgical experience was communication with the doctor's office. When we tried to contact our doctor's office directly or the hospital directly, we were redirected to a different location off campus and in another city that could only give us generalized information, not specific personalized information. It was very stressful not being able to communicate successfully.
I can think of nothing, except for wait, which I do not think could be helped, experience was great.
Faster return calls to patients who have recently had serious surgery. I know we can't talk to doctor and his immediate assistants however there could be a designated person for patient to call when they feel they have problems. That could talk to doctor about your concerns and call you back.
It was my first visit, totally professional
I was there one hour & 45 minutes. That is rediculous when the doctor wasn't in the visit maybe 5 minutes. Scheduling needs to better job.
reduce the wait time between appointments. more parking.
Everyone very helpful. Nothing I would change!!!!
The care I received was good quality, respectful, and informative. I have no complaints about my care.
See me closer to appointment time.
As long as I go before y'all go I'll be ok
I should have asked more questions. My mass had away. I would like to have known where and how it went away.
Everything was great I have no complaints
