Touching back with patient on follow up appointment. Last year i missed My yearly checkup because no one From Prisma got back to me for My yearly check up.
You emphasized too much the trust and respect for the patient. What about performance? The nurse took my blood pressure at my request for a second time. She did it right away, not waiting for 2-3 minutes as it is my understanding for a second measure.
Resume vallet parking! It is very difficult for people to get from the parking lot to the building.

I feel as though the staff was courteous and knowledgeable about my medical condition. The assistant provided information that I think will be helpful in the future. My blood pressure is normal at home and elevated when taken in the doctor's office. The assistant suggested that a manual monitor is used in the doctor's office. When that happened, my bp was fine as opposed to the reading when taken with the machine.
I cannot think of any improvements needed.
Have hand out sheet of the visit information. Not just my chart.
I would like my medical record to note that my title is Dr., not Ms. It's really great how I can read clinical notes and my after visit summary soon after my visit ends.
