Everything was great! I loved that Dr. MacClenahan listened and wrote things down instead of using a computer during the visit. All my concerns were addressed and I felt very comfortable.
It seemed like parts of my medical history were disjointed, even across the staff we interacted with. With all of my records already in Prisma system, and with a referral from a physician in the building, I expected the staff to know more than they did
Always impressed how well the office runs. The front office staff and nurses are great! Dr. MacClenahan is wonderful, she listened to me, educated me and let me be part of the decision process for my plan of care.
What a great doc!
More information on any procedures or vaccines or tests is always helpful, especially since I don't know what questions to ask!
She is a fabulous doctor that listens and cares!
No recommendations as I received excellent care!
Dr. Macclenahan was professional, very compassionate, answered all my questions. She couldn't have done it any better. I think you need to rework the wording of your question. However, it seems like a little bit of a trick question.
Love my doctor and staff I tell everyone about them ?
As usual, the medical professionals were awesome. As much as anyone can look forward to a doctor visit, I do so with this team and I trust them.
I feel like the medical industry in general could do better for treating women going through perimenopause.
I had a procedure done which did not go quite as planned. Dr MacClenahan and her staff were able to quickly and professionally pivot to another option while being amazingly supportive throughout the whole visit.
No way to improve. I was seen before my appointment even started. Great experience!
Everything was wonderful. There is nothing that could improve my visit. I was very, very happy with my visit.
I had a good experience.
Everything was great.
Dr MacClenahan has been my doctor for years. I trust her completely and have referred my daughters and many friends to her!
The staff is always welcoming and respectful. I trust my medical staff with my care.
My visit was perfect. We had a med student in there and she was, everything went great. So there's nothing you could have done better. I love my visit. I love Dr. Macclenahan. Thank you.
The visit was great, no concerns.
None, everything was fine
I felt very heard and just wish I had scheduled the appointment sooner.
Not a thing- excellent visit!
Everything was great! No complaints or suggestions.
It was a great experience!!! Nothing more!
It was perfect & I love Dr. Macclenahan
Once I was finally called back I had a positive experience. However I had to wait in the first waiting room almost an hour after my appointment time. This does not seem respectful of your patient's time. To improve trust and respect, you could avoid over scheduling to see patients at, or near, their appointment time.
Everything worked smoothly and fine. I feel well cared for.
This visit was perfect as expected. Kristen MacClenahan is excellent at what she does and I'm thankful she is my doctor.
Nothing. Everyone was kind, respectful, attentive, professional, and the care I received was top quality. I arrived in distress about the appointment and I left feeling very relieved after having had my needs as a patient compassionately addressed. I am very impressed.
Everything went well. Nothing else needed to be done.
Nothing. I am completely satisfied.
Excellent visit, wonderful staff and office. Exam room was frigid
Wait in office could have been less. It was 30 minutes or more from appointment time til I saw the doctor.
Dr. Macclenahan is wonderful! The place was clean and the nurses were great! Front desk is always very nice!
