When I was registering my arrival I did. Not know whether to use the paper or electronic device (both were present). It turned out that I used the wrong one, extending my wait time.

I can't think of anything. I didn't have to wait to be seen once I arrived, or in the room for the nurse or the doctor- like at all! Dr. McNeely is amazing and is so in-tune with my specific issue. He listens well and I feel so lucky to have found him for my care.
The care as well as respect given could not have been better!
