Loved my dr and nurse front girl should learn to smile. Hire someone who is pleasant. And the. Girls in the back room were lovely
Everyone there are nice and helpful
We did have to wait forty ish minutes for my appointment, we were there ten minutes early. Since we had my toddler with us it wouldve been nice to have an update if its going to take longer. Other than that- perfect visit as usual. Everyone is so kind and professional
The front office staff person still talks so quietly. I consistently have to ask her to repeat herself because she's talking over music in the waiting room, other people talking, and around glass windows.
Everything went well. I'm satisfied with staff, nurses especially doctors' care and they are excellent and approachable.
Any time I visited it takes the lab 30 to 45 minutes to see you, in most cases longer than Dr's visit. There can be 2 to 3 people waiting. If the volume of people than allocation for staff this should be addressed. A nurse finally came to do my blood work instead of tech because I was inquiring why such a long wait. Patients should also be given option to go to another Prisma lab if wait will be long
Everything was good
They have the up most wonderful staff. Everyone is nice, friendly, and very caring. I always tell everyone about my doctor and this office. Great place and wonderful staff.
Everything was great!
The care was good. It was basically a consult. So just talking and asking questions . But I will say that the phlebotomist was really welcoming and great! I can't remember her name but keep it up!
I may have misunderstood the question, but everything was above board. I did receive the respect and courtesy, and everything was above board. And I really, really, truly like Dr. Hagen. She is the best.
Everything was fine with me and those doc and office staff
I don't feel that the staff member I dealt with at Check-Out care or wants the best for patients. Each time I have an encounter with her, she's rude, rolls her eyes, and has smart remarks under her breath. I don't appreciate that especially when I am a Prisma health employee and know we are all supposed to lead with COMPASSION.
The medical staff / doctor was excellent. The front desk check out person with the lower hair cut and hazel eyes could work on having better Customer service. Her energy is uninviting and it appears as if she either has a bad attitude or doesn't want to be at work . This is consistent since I have been coming for my prenatal visits .
I think in my opinion prisma is going in the right direction of having a great professional relationship between doctor's, care team ,and staff overall. From the time I walked in the office the front staff was very professional and polite, the nurse was amazing she was great going over my medication with me,Dr. Hagen is very professional and very caring and she is very thorough and I really like that about Dr. Hagen. Way to go Dr. Hagen and Care Team, and staff overall. Keep up the amazing job May God Bless you all
Everything was great
Great service, no problems!!
Everyone was supportive. I trusted my providers opinions and suggestions. I felt absolutely respected. I look forward to counting my care with this team.
No improvement needed. This is the first time in forever that I have felt listened to and understood by a physician. I am thrilled to have found Dr. Hagen.
I waited nearly an hour to see a nurse only, and for the nurse to look at my c section scar for 3 minutes. Is the time management of this office normally this poor? Also, I never saw or spoke with the doctor to discuss my blood pressure concerns. We are still feeling confused, are not confident in the medicine regiment, and our questions are unanswered.
Did great. No suggestions.
My experience was exceptional. I can't think of another way you could have offered support or improved trust and respect. Thank you, Dr. Hagen for your excellent care.
There IS nothing to improve!!! Maybe Poster on the ceiling to give patients something to distract the(me) Patient from the sometimes painful procedure!!???
What I came into the office requesting can be a challenge to discuss, between patients who are adamant about what they want, and doctors who have a difference of opinion or simply want to ensure that their patients are well informed. The staff was attentive while guiding me thru all of my options to avoid regret down the line. My most recent procedure with Dr. Hagen went really well because she was compassionate and communicative through the entire visit. I knew exactly what she was doing with every step. I think this is a great example of how patient care should be handled across the board. The only other thing I would ask, is that you start offering better pain management for procedures like what I had. I have a high pain tolerance, but many other people struggle with that amount of pain, even though the procedure is quick. Again, thank you for taking care of me the way you all do.
