Everyone did a great job - kudos to all!
Dr Chung is amazingly knowledgeable and is very comfortable to be with!
Great Doctor and staff
It was an overall good experience.
The friendly kind knowledgeable staff and nurses are wonderful and they make a not so fun experience a very pleasant one. I always enjoy my visit at I CARE
I really have nothing else to add. The only thing I've been coming here for almost 4 1/2 years and I have not had one bad experience. Staff is extremely professional, very sincere and caring.
I have been a pt. at the clinic under Dr. Chung care for four years. He is an excellent physician that provides effective medical care .
I appreciate all the attention I receive when I see Dr Chung
Great experience. Dr. Chung and his team are awesome! It's more crowded in the waiting room now that family medicine has been added to the mix.
Great team. Glad to be in their hands.
I'm very grateful for the care I received from Dr. Chung and from the check in person, lab, nurse and checkout person. Thank you so much!
Dr,Chung is an excellent practitioner listened and answered all my questions and explained the results of my ;ab works. He wanted to see me in 3 months but my sister is having major surgery{ drives me around town} so I scheduled my next visit in 6 months.Scheduler is ok with it.
Check in process there was only 1 person checking patients in with 3 people in front of me. So I just went on up to the 3rd flits check in. The 1st person she was helping was lost so that took awhile.
Couldn't have been any better
The experience is both friendly (personable) and professional.
You are doing a great job
Good experience
Just that I wish Dr Chung would suggest more for me regarding my health if I tell him symptoms. I wish he would ask me how other things are going with other providers or make suggestions about other things he observes Just have not seen that in him. He should be more inquisitive about other things I'm doing or not doing regarding my health
This appointment was made 3 months in advance so question regarding how quickly appointment available doesn't really apply.
Well, I don't think you can improve on the best people. You guys are the best there and I love even coming there. And my doctor is great. He explains, he answers any questions. All of them do. Just everybody there is really great. From giving me another appointment, the girls out there are great. The one that takes my blood is great. I really, really enjoy coming to the hospital there. Okay, that's all.
Unbelievable experience. Checked in at new counter. When getting off the elevator, they were calling my name for lab. When I came out of lab, Dr. Chung's nurse said I could come on back. As soon as she got her procedures done, Dr. Chung was right in. I've always had prompt schedules at the cancer center, but this was over the top.
They provide the best careful and friendly service.
Yes, I had a good experience there. I've been there before and everybody is nice there and they treat me with respect. I am an Afro-American but I had no problems. Thank you.
Well, I have great respect for Dr. Chung and I'm glad that he is managing my treatment and future and I appreciate all he does.
Keep up the great work
Excellent from every aspect!!
Easy, professional and pleasant
Sweet nurses. Always. Smiling and friendly. I have never seen such nice people
I'm always concerned going to my appointments because of the unknowns but leave in peace and contentment after my visits with Dr. Chung. Dr. Chung is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise and thorough with his plan of action with my care. He's very sensitive and compassionate and reassuring with my test results and his findings.
Dr. Chung is an excellent Dr. He is up to date on all new treatments. He will take the time to answer any questions you have.
Dr Chung is amazing! The staff is cheerful and knowledgeable.
The girls who draw blood are the best. I wish I could remember their names.
Thank you so much for the team at Prisma cancer institute for the kindness they showed the knowledge and the tools to save my life. I think that there are angels there everyone is so nice I would not recommend any other place to go. Thank you for getting me through my journey of cancer.
Like the nurse and doctor
Courteous, pleasant, professional. Just a rounded group of good people. And it's very appreciated.
The staff is very accommodating, friendly and cares for their patients.
Excellent care
The person checking me out must have been new because didn't seem to know how to do things. Also I had to remind her to make next appointment. But a plus in her effort she did fax what I requested to another doctor office.
? great.
Only thank you so very much ??
