Very rare do you find a practice that is very professional and friendly from start to finish.
I would like to give recognition to the phlebotomist on staff. I don't think that she is given credit for being so important. She is cheerful and so good at drawing blood! Her little area is covered in cute posters/cartoons relating to her job. They act as a distraction and talking point to make you less nervous by having something to focus on. She is awesome and I don't mind having my blood drawn by her.
