When" I was tested for cognitive memory, I'm hard of hearing, there should be visual displayed items to choose from, but , I still did well !

Was not told if 5 or more appointments was missed that I would be dismissed from practice don't recall missing 5 appointments there for big surprise at last minute this rule should have been in paper notice mailed to me and didn't receive anything from pisma or practice there for poor judgment on prisma and practice but have found another provider thanks for no notice at all

The receptionist up front is extremely rude to me every time I come into the office in Winnsboro. A really good example is when I went to check out to make another appointment with Dr Nicolas, I was waiting at the checkout window, and waited until no one showed up and went to the front window where she was at. She told me to go back to the checkout window, where another employee had to open the door back open for me because of security purposes. Then I get back to the checkout window, and she proceeded with my appointment for the next visit. Which could have been where she was sitting in the first place. She is extremely rude and should not be in a facility as prestige as what y'all have. Thanks and God bless

The automated messages that go out to remind patients of their appointment at this particular location contain an address that, when placed in Google Maps, takes the patient two miles into the middle of nowhere, not to the facility. That could be better. Thank you.

Dr. Nicolas Limogiannis was wonderful. He knelt down and talked to me directly knowing I had hearing loss. He addressed every issue I had.

The front office staff need to be removed they are never friendly. When you ask questions it's always I don't know answers. The providers and nurses are always super nice. The front office seems like the trying to run patients away. The new staff person in the front office is the only one to make you feel welcome. If it was not for the providers I would move my doctor office. It is ashamed that every provider there is so loving and caring, and the office staff is so rude and scary. Thanks
