N/A. I was very pleased with my visit and all my questions were answered.
n/a! i felt cared for and respected, with my concerns being heard and fears being taken into consideration!
No everything was perfect
The nurse who took care of me needs retraining. Did not write down or key in my medication list. Asked, 'Well is your medication list correct in MyChart?' 'I responded back with asking her to tell me what it said and she didn't validate my list. Seemed to be in a rush. Asked 'How is your mental health' while she was straightening up the room. How could I honestly answer that question when she seemed totally disconnected and disinterested?
Nice office experience
I really and truly always have a wonderful experience at GVL OBGYN Simpsonville. All providers are so exceptional and compassionate and answer questions patiently and knowledgeably. Office staff are kind, helpful, and welcoming. I am always treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I cannot recommend GVL OBGYN Simpsonville enough!
None! Exceptional care!
The front office was the worst experience. Not one of them looked up from their computer or acknowledged me.
None, all good! I like Dr. Thurston! ?
She did a great job!
Great job!
Everyone was so kind and made me fill so calm.
Everything was great no complaints.
Communication by staff when the provider is running significantly behind would go a long way. My appointment time was at 11:15 and I was not seen until 12:20pm. Most patients utilize their lunch break to attend medical appointments. If the provider is running more than 30 mins behind, patients should be informed.
Nothing could have been better :)
I couldn't think of a thing!
Dr. Thurston and her staff were very helpful.
The office visit went well. Everyone was polite and attentive. I have no complaints.
Providers have better attitudes and open to educating patients. I had a question about an after birth medication and the provider didn't try and educate me on the details of said medication instead just stated that "that's what's recommended".
Went above with support and care, my BP was elevated, they took a 2nd testing and notified my primary physician about the elevated reading ????
Erin & staff are awesome!
No suggestions. I trust the advice and guidance provided my doctor. She has always been respectful and attentive during my visits.
There was no improvement needed, I was very happy with my care!
The general patient experience could be improved with some environmental changes that make it more relaxing for such a personal examination, for example, lighting or music or background noise and more comfortable exam tables
Dr Thurston is first rate. Expectations are always exceeded.
Dr. Thurston and the nurses, the entire staff were very supportive and respectful and I felt well taken care of.
Referenced the intake questions/answers I provided before the appointment.
Nothing. The care was excellent
N/A. I had a great experience and look forward to continuing with Dr. Thurston
Dr. Thurston was attentive and answered all questions my husband and I had. She was patient and explained in terms Where one could understand. She listened!
Dr. Thurston is the best physician one could ask for! Have been seeing her for years and could never say enough good things about her. I trust her with my care and my baby's care no questions asked. She always answers all my questions and calms my nerves- especially at this particular visit!
Nothing, just keep the customer service great. And listen to your patients.
I'm a new patient so we are developing trust.
It was great!
My wait to be taken back for the doctor was a little lengthy. It would've been nice for acknowledgment that things were a little crazy before getting back to the room. The nurse did apologize and she was great but that is the only thing I would maybe change.
My annual visit is difficult to get scheduled. Once I get an appointment scheduled, I often get bumped to a later day and later in the day. This is a problem with my work schedule, and I had intentionally scheduled first thing in the morning, only to be rescheduled to a later date and time.
I was treated with respect and kindness. It was very clear that everyone was making sure I had the best care and appointment possible. Thank you.
The ultrasound tech was so rude and definitely ruined my first baby ultrasound. She needs a lesson on bed side manner.
Everything was perfect .
Perfect!
Dr. Thurston is great.
Nothing! The team is great & I have confidence in them to treat me and my health well
