Doctor is great and we have complete trust in her. The nurse who took my blood pressure and checked me in was not friendly.
I had a somewhat long wait in the treatment room (45 minutes) after getting my ekg and I would have liked for someone to let me know what was going on and when I would be seen. I later found out a nurse did not come in that day. Also, obligatory rant about your parking or lack of it. Too many offices, not enough parking or the parking is too far away for folks who have trouble walking. My blood pressure goes up every time I have to go there. Poor planning and I don't think you can do much about it but you wanted my thoughts and here they are!

Dr. Feldman should have just listened to us. She would not listen to what we were trying to say.
CNA could have smiled and spoken clearer..generally could have been happier and friendlier. Skills were ok. Also tho facility appeared clean, the furniture appears stained and worn.

Dr.Feldman's staff was great. She is a good listener and explains further treatment that is needed.
That the doctor in charge could be more forthcoming on how to treat the root cause instead of the sympton, there are too many of us that continue to be sick with the treatment we receive.
