Service and treatment were great as is. I don't know of any improvements needed.
I was treated very well, I wanted to explain that I have pain around my head at times and neck. Because my head wasn't mentioned by me .
Everyone i dealt with went the extra to be sure I was attended to
Professionals at work??
Nothing. Dr. Spearman is amazing and really takes time to listen to me to come up with the right treatment plan. The staff are also so nice and professional.
Everything was very professional and warm All doctors offices should be so well run and welcoming.
If a young patient has a support person with them during a visit, there is a reason. Create an atmosphere of inclusion. Provide pertinent (printed or digital) literature to patients to aid in decision-making and for their understanding. "After visit" information would mitigate the avalanche of information provided during the brief visit.
I really have no issues. It was easy to get an appointment. Early check in is easy. Everyone at the office is exceptional. Dr. Spearman is awesome. Gave me a steroid shot (best night sleep in weeks) in my shoulder and listened to my concerns of pins and needles in my arm. He came up with a game plan and gave me options I liked.
Sorry. No suggestions. Everyone was respectful and helpful.
Don't change a thing

Can't think of anything else. Dr Spearman did a bang up job. I really liked his attitude and direction. Just moved to the area and was very pleased with the treatment I received.

The entire staff was friendly as always,

You did everything right

Appt was 30 min late. Staff seemed grumpy but were not rude
They provide good care, both the Dr and his nursing staff.
I am always pleased with my appointments with Dr. Spearman. The receptionists and his nurse were able to work me in this morning. Above and beyond service!

Continue your process of operation.
No issue with this appointment.
Service and care were excellent !
It was great already!
I made my appointment online and the support person cancelled it without communicating with me first to find out more about my need for the appointment. I had scheduled at the time that worked best for me. After I messaged her more details on why I made the appt with Dr. Spearman, she spoke with the nurse and the nurse said to let me keep the appt. She then rescheduled it but at a different time that was less convenient. My suggestion is for the support person to reach out to the patient before just cancelling an appt. I had my reason, as I had already communicated with Dr. Spearman, and the support person should get more information from the patient before just cancelling the appt. Thanks!
