I have lived in Lexington, SC since 2005. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and went on to receive my master's degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Physician Assistant Studies. I enjoy how broad internal medicine can be and I am constantly doing different things on a daily basis. I am challenged and am learning continuously about the most up to date recommendations in medicine. I enjoy reading up on the new recommendations and then educating my patients on these same practices.
In my free time, I enjoy weightlifting, running, and reading/listening to books. I also love being outdoors and hanging out with my fiancé, daughter, and golden retriever Cooper.

Yes, my concern was the amount of wait time once I got seen by the assistant in the room. I'd rather sit out in the lobby. But other than that, I love going there. Thank you.

As a patient who should trust their doctor during a physical exam, when a patient is in so much pain and with a part of their body, I get the doctor going, yeah, go ahead and try and try. No doctor should force you to do something when your body is unable to do it. So I think doctors should be more courteous, especially Dr. Chelsea.
Just listen and don't make me feel rushed

Lots of medical jargon was used without explanation of what it meant - may be good to pair that with some layman's terms for those unfamiliar with those terms.
