Dr Dyehouse is excellent!
Very respectful of my time. The doctor and her staff were concerned about me and made me feel comfortable to be there.
Thank you
Wonderful caring team of medical professionals.
Professional, courteous and helpful experience.
I always feel like I'm listened to, responded to very professionally in a friendly atmosphere.
I appreciate the seneca cancer center.
They were on time and spent the time with me that was needed
Dr. Dyehouse was concerned about my overall health issues and urged me to talk to my GP about my shoulder problem.
This was my first visit.
Registration, mire and scheduler were nice. I feel like the appts. are rushed.
Very pleased with Dr. Dyehouse!
They really listen to what you have to say
Treated with respect and answered all questions thoroughy.
So grateful!
Everyone is the greatest!!!
I think having to wait for 2 weeks (10 working days) for paperwork (insurance claims and disability forms) to be filled out and signed by the doctors is a bit long period.
On time. Nice people. ?????
Everyone were very friendly and competent
Thank you
Doctors and nurses were very understanding and listened to my concerns and questions. They seemed to care about me as a patient and I appreciate it.
Folks are always great and Dr Dyehouse has me cancer free Glad to have this healthcare
When I checked my lab results on MyChart I am concerned that the doctor did not bring up the abnormal results. Also her answer of why I have to continue seeing her when they supposedly got all of the cancer seemed "canned."
Positive visit. Grateful for the care. 18 months cancer free.
Everyone working there has a smile on their face!
When scheduling my next appointment I told the receptionist that I needed to reschedule my mammogram appointment because I was sick and had to cancel it. She asked where I have it done and I said the hospital she wrote the phone number on a sticky note and placed it in front of me and said nothing. I had to call and schedule my appointment myself and she was not friendly or kind at all.
It is not the easiest procedure with the infusions but I understand why it must be done.
Very professional and compassionate care. Dr was very familiar with my records and explained everything completely. I feel I received all the information I needed and all my concerns were addressed. Exceptional "bedsides manner". We are fortunate to have outstanding medical care in our community.
Staff is very, very good!!
It was a cold day the sliding door opened was cold in waiting room
I just want to thank the Cancer Center, Dr. Dyehouse, her staff, and all the doctors there for taking good care of me. I appreciate it. They've done a great job, and I think the world of them. Thank you so much.
Good experience my first visit compterble about next.
Everybody, all of the staff was just so nice to me. I couldn't ask for anybody any better. And I absolutely love my doctor there. She is so nice. I just couldn't ask for anybody any better. And my cousin, she also gets to come there and I'm so happy that she comes there. I hate she's got cancer, but now that's going to be her doctor. Now, Dr. Dyehouse is going to be her doctor and I'm so glad that she gets to come there and be close to home. Just so happy that she gets to come there under the circumstances. And I just couldn't say enough about how nice those people are down there. Everybody is just so nice to me and I'm just so grateful. And I'm just grateful as I can be. Thank you for calling and giving me a chance to tell everybody how great she is and all of the staff.
Doctors and nurses are very caring people.
Dr. Dyehouse was a comfort.
