Nurses and DO were great! However, the receptionist is not someone you want at the front-of-house at a Pediatrics center, or anywhere. Looked annoyed to be bothered and was not overly helpful, doing the bare minimum. I know there are multiple gals there, and I regret not catching this particular one's name.
The nurses are a little rushed when they treat my child. He's just a toddler. So I feel like if nurses were to have more patience and slow down a little, that it would help.
Yall did everything right
They treated my son with great care and affection and I really liked that they serve people quickly and I also really liked that they pay attention to what one is saying about the problem that our children have. Prisma is one of the very excellent, very good clinics
I have a checklist that is explained for shots so that the parent can record what shots are being received rather than just electronic system.
Nothing, Dr. Price was perfect.
I would just like to say that the staff is very courteous, helpful, and friendly, and that my granddaughter has the utmost faith and confidence in Dr. Price. We will definitely continue as her patient.
Every time I go to see Dr. Price, the ladies in the office are so kind to me and my son and very attentive. And Dr. Price always has every question that I have, she has it answered. She always follows up the way that, I guess, communicating with her in the office during the appointment. If I have any questions there, she does follow up with me and we just love her. She's the best doctor ever.
She is doing good with us.she listen our concerns .her treatment is good. Highly recommend
