I honestly had a perfect experience. Dr. Peelle and the nurses are wonderful. Thank you.
It took a long time for the prescription to be called in.
I love the way you treated me
Great experience every time, continue.
Everyone was very helpful and this was my first visit with Dr Peelle- very professional and attentive. He also sent a direct response to my regular Dr that referred me- through My Chart-Much appreciated.
A good visit!
Care was outstanding, I can't offer any suggestions during this visit.
Excellent Service!
Everything was fine
Have release forms sent electronically to other prisma doctors instead of asking me to physically do it
Get a real doctor that knows medical issues and that can real answers. If he doesn't know he can give you information to where you can find a doctor that knows your issues. That can help you with your situation.
Have the doctor actually listen and not be condescending.
Nothing- great experience!
I don't know of any way you could improve on Dr. Peelle office. Between him and his staff I give them an A+
I was/am satisfied with the care I received.

Everyone did an excellent job. I don't think there's nothing else you can improve. I was treated so good. If I have to rate y'all from a 1- 10, I would definitely give you a 10.

Nothing, it was and has been a great experience.
Things where good
Make sure when someone checks in they are checked in. Waited 45 minutes after my appt. Before they realized I was not checked in.
No improvement needed! Fantastic group!
I have a medical condition that wad previously picked up on xray. It was not acknowledged or mentioned. That is not reassuring...
Dr Peelle and his staff is the very best and I don't know how you could improve. I am a very happy & pleased patient
I have no complaints
Everything was professional
Nothing to offer... exceptional support and have utmost trust and respect.
Keep doing what you are doing
No improvements needed. It was an exceptional experience.
I did not get a chance to explain my history regardless ?
Change nothing.
I have found that depending on what Prisma office you are in, the staff doesn't take your blood pressure. I believe Prisma is missing the mark in this area. A set of vitals should be a standard of care. The staff might find a patient with hypertension/hypotension, and irregular pulse. I write this as an in general finding not on my visit yesterday.
I have trust in this practice. This is why I have continued to use this practice for decades for multiple orthopedic needs.
My appointment visit was flawless.
I definitely felt I had been heard and was grateful for fitting me in , I was so hurting and would have had to go to the ER where I was not known. Now I can wait for surgery and and not be in agony because Dr Peelle ordered Rxs that have greatly improved my condition.
I wish the doctor had gone into more detail about the results of my MRI and why I experience the pain I have.
