The front reception desk is usually loud talking/laughing. It's unprofessional and should be addressed. It's fine to talk or laugh in a more subdued manner.
Thankful to have access to good healthcare
Dr LeBel is very caring and listens to the patients
I believe Dr LeBel to be a great physician. She is knowledgeable and shares that knowledge. She is very open and I feel comfortable discussing my concerns with her. Very easy to talk with and friendly. She has many suggestions and information. I feel very fortunate that she is my doctor. Also, the medical personnel that took my vitals was extremely cordial and accommodating. Very nice lady.
Very caring doctor??
nothing but good things. great visit.
Dr. Lebel always is friendly and knowledgeable and never seems to be in a rush even though most doctors are.
Please correct your MyChart page on MyChart because nothing on it works. And please have people pick up the phone instead of answering machine when you call doctor's offices. Thank you.
Dr very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Accommodating to various questions, referrals, etc.
I love to see a cheerful Staff. But I didn't know if they were on the phone or talking among themselves.I stood at the front counter for a while.I didn't even realize the girl was talking to me because it was so loud
The service was awesome.
I appreciate all Dr LeBel has done and is doing to help get me medically cleared for an upcoming knee surgery.
The experience was excellent
Great DR.! Very caring, listens to you, helps solve your problems really great office!
Went without a hitch.
I sat in the lab area for about 15 minutes. The ladies in the area did not acknowledge me or let the phlebotomist know I was there. There were no other patients waiting. The phlebotomist eventually came out from the back of the lab and noticed me.
It was all good
my pcp is great.. staff around her could benefit from a customer/patient service class.
Dr. LeBel is always kind and helpful.

Dr. LeBel listens carefully to what you're saying and follows through on the things she says she's going to do. Thank you very much.
I've been seeing Dr. LeBel for almost 15 years. She knows more about me than I do. She's always nice and very knowledgeable about my condition. She's a wonderful doctor!
I enjoyed my experience with my provider. They were knowledgeable and caring.
I have confidence in my doctor.
Grateful for this good experience.
We have the upmost respect for Dr. LeBel. She not only cares for the patient while in her office but at anytime the patient needs her.
It was very smooth. I enjoy my early morning appointments.
All my questions and concerns were answered.
Felt Dr. LeBel was somewhat dismissive. Plus there are no after-visit notes on MyChart
find her some competent help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, I think the best and most efficient way would be to have all the blood work done either separately a different day or different time. I was there quite a long time trying to get my blood work and then they did not take a urine sample. I realized that after I'd left, but I'd been sitting for so long I was kind of relieved to get out. But anyway, everything else went well. Everybody was courteous. Just think it would be better to have all the blood work done at once and then come back to a consult with my doctor. Thank you.
This was an urgent visit and they really gave me all info and care
I felt like Dr. LeBel addressed my problems and listened to my questions and concerns. I would recommend her to anyone.
Keep up the good work

Would like to hear my lab results by phone call, if abnormal like the ferritin test (iron storage in body).
I like the fact I could get in so quickly, I'm very impressed with that!
I wish I had come to Dr. LeBel earlier in my healthcare journey. She is the best! And that extends to her staff as well.
