Nothing--always a good experience there!!
Support, trust, along with respect was great.
No complaints, my visit was great as usual. Dr. and staff were great.
Everything was great. Nothing else needed
Everything was fine.
I don't have any issues with my treatment, or the staff, everything was good
There is nothing cause everyone was prefect to me
Service was exceptional.
I felt I should have been told that I was seeing a nurse practitioner. When I ask, would I be seeing internal medicine, the response was yes ma'am. The NP that I saw was very nice and seemed to knowledgeable, but I felt like that info should've given at the point of schedule. I was seeing the NP because my regular physician was out of office. I was thankful for the appointment in the NP was very nice.
Good visit. Impressed that he wants to know my medical history with reports.
I have been through a few PCP in the past with no luck. I now feel I have a PCP I can work with permanently.
Everything was great
Everything was great.
Everyone is always great to work with
Just felt comfortable and trusted my care team
You couldn't do any better. Everything was great. Me and my husband love coming here. John Manna is wonderful and so is his staff.
Everyone was courteous and informative. I don't see any areas at this time that need improvement. Thank you for a great experience.
I was seen by John Manna FNP Excellent FNP. Exam was thorough and informative. He took the time to listen and had excellent feedback and suggestions. Just an excellent visit. I thought it was one of the best Dr visit I have had.
Excellent care. Mr. Manna is a great health care provider.
This visit was due to insurance not longer coverering my previous provider who was excellent! She had suggested this provider in her place. I was hesitant because it was through Prisma who is notorious for patient quotas, not comprehensive care. I don't feel the provider is bad. The provider was pleasant and I felt knowledgable. But time was not given to really know me and all that is going on to get a full picture. To improve, don't rush people through like we are an assembly line. You are supposed to care for and assist patients. This was an initial visit with complex issues and I had a list of questions to address. These are longer visits so they are billed to insurance accordingly. This felt like a follow-up visit although we had never met, I had not been with Prisma for years, and the provider did not know me. Did not feel adequate time was given to get a full picture of what is going on with me and my health to provide appropriate care. In addition, it has been over 48 hours since the appointment. The lab work results, other than the retina scan, have not been reviewed by the care team. I feel like I am just another number. A cash cow to bring in money but good heathcare is not important or a priority. Questioning whether appropriate care will be received going forward. Trust is lacking at this time. Hoping it will turn around.
There was 2 nurses and 2 doctors. I like my regular nurse and my doctor, the new people who treated me were unnecessary and I never got their names and the new doctor was taking notes by hand which made me very uncomfortable. I would prefer my appointments in the future to be completed by my regular nurse and Dr Manna. I trust them completely and am more comfortable with them.
Everything was very professional and I was very pleased with the results.
The visit went well.
Doctors used to see you, diagnos you recommend treatment and follow through. Now it seems they listen carefully but then they send you to a specialist for everything little thing. Are there any Doctors that treat, recommend, prescribed and follow through.
Received trust, respect, support and care.
Everything went very well, with no need for improvement.
Keep doing what your doing.
John Manna is always knowledgeable and easy to discuss my health with.
Everything was good.
good job
Everything about this visit was amazing
It's all good .
N/A. Overall great experience
Continue to have great and friendly staff and customer service
I had a very good visit. I will return in 3 months for a bp check and maybe labs for thyroid? I will ask on my chart if I need to fast beforehand. Thank you
Too early, 8am is too early for me to attend the weight loss class! Then the traffic at 8am is extremely high, a 30 minutes commute. The class was nice!!!
Hard to improve on perfection.
No change everything good
It's my health is a great hospital along with all the other providers they have. Would not change a single thing if I was able to... Happy holidays...
I met my new doctor for first time but I was much ablized he took real good care of all my needs thus far !!!!!
MAKE 'MY CHART' MORE USER FRIENDLY FOR THOSE WHO DONT USE THIS SORT OF COMMUNICATION VERY FREQUENTLY.
I do not feel there were any shortcomings in this regard.
Everything was smooth
Nothing to improve upon. It was a good experience in a clean, well staffed, and friendly environment.
The facility was very clean and the staff and doctor were amazing.
Possibly provided or offered additional testing to see what symptoms I might have.
Good so far
We just moved from Pa to SC so it's hard to get complete trust with a provider that you just met after having been with our previous provider for many many years. Though I must say everyone has been extremely pleasant and courteous.
There is no way to improve care or trust.
Service was great as always. Nothing to improve.
