Overall Prisma has been wonderful during this experience.
The doctor was extremely helpful, courteous. He obviously had reviewed her medical records before coming in. He was just a nice guy overall. I completely trusted his opinion and would definitely recommend him again.
Dr. Hydorn entertained every question my teenage son had about his injury and treated him with respect.
Too long wait
As always, Staff and Doctor were pleasant and knowledgeable.
Great
I'm thankful!
We did not stay for the appointment. I fully understand the limitations that prevented the physician from accessing prior imaging studies, but the registration team specifically instructed us that the imaging was accessible and told us NOT to bring discs. We drove from out of town, I rearranged my schedule of patients. As a single parent & physician, this is quite a challenge. No, I didn't want to reschedule, and no, I didn't want my child exposed to unnecessary radiation or to pay for repeat imaging of a normal scan. I left, didn't reschedule, and went to a private orthopedist who can see us within a week and got my discs. Honestly, 90% of my encounters with Prisma are miserable. I will try to avoid referrals to this system from here on out.
Front desk member at check in was unfriendly. This was our first visit there and the front desk member is the first person we see and she was unfriendly and had an attitude when checking us in. Seemed as if she was annoyed with being at work. Gave us a bad first impression. However after getting pulled back to the room our experience was great.
Dr. Hydorn was very patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, even the silly ones and made sure I had all the information needed to make a sound decision concerning my infant son's care. As a new, first time mom, I really appreciate that.
Everything was great
The actual facility was a little worn down, out dated and a little dirty. The nurses and staff were incredible to us.
I think I could improve on the wait time when you go back in the room and sit. We had to sit back in the room like an hour or so before the results and stuff or whatever come. But, it was just a long wait for the appointment was at 4 and ... and it was 5 o'clock and I was still sitting in there waiting. But other than that, it was good. Thank you.
You need some new seat cushions in the waiting room! (Our family used to be in the furniture sales/manufacturing business)
Thank you for the portal check in and also the follow up calls.
It was our first time and it was amazing!!
Great quality and superior customer service thank you ?
I got all the information I needed to be confident that he is going to be ok.
Great experience from all staff!! The cast tech worked well with my child. The office has been a great experience. They like working with kids!!
Thank you!
The doctor was very knowledgeable, made me feel very comfortable about my son's condition. Unfortunately, we had to wait an hour past our appointment time to be able to see him for a 5 minute visit. Other than that, it was a great experience.
The girl that checked my children in was so very kind and helpful!
Dr Hydorn is a knowledgeable, respectful and kind person! He always listens and is patient to ensure you understand!
The staff was absolutely welcoming and amazing even though I was late. They didn't make me feel like I had to rush. Amazing staff and Dr. Hydorn is absolutely amazing. I recommend him to anyone.
Greatly appreciated

Dr Hydorn was upfront in what he could and could not do for my child. He made sure to send us to someone within the Prisma network and assured us the next physician would be our best fit for our situation. I appreciate him being transparent.
The doctor was very nice.
Dr. HYDORN is wonderful, it's always nice to have a physician your child is comfortable with and who is also a great physician.
Just that they need to be more respectful of your time and get you in closer to your appointment time.
There was a two hour wait for an appointment that was scheduled.
