Nothing additional, well satisfied.
Just asking us how we're doing was fine!
You could have washed your hands in front of me so I can see that they were clean.
All is well !
I am incredibly disappointed that the office did not submit my perception and now they will be closed for a 3 day holiday this will be my last visit at this practice
Dr. Triz is amazing. I appreciate him and how professional he is!
The wait was the problem for me. I waited an hour before I was called to see the provider. Everyone came in there before me and everyone was seen before me. If my appointment was at 9:30 and other people came in after me to see him I asked the young lady who called me to the back. I told her I was about to leave. It was a whole hour who her statement to me was he was very busy, but I was there before them I guess be a new patient coming back there I guess I had to be last other than that my visit went fine .
Every one went above and beyond. No improvement needed
The whole staff was kind and respectful, and I can think of nothing to add.
The staffs had the up most respect and very friendly during my visit. I would say just keep up the good work.
I would not have changed anything. Dr. Triz Smith and staff were kind and courteous as always.
Keep doing what you're doing
Great service
I don't know of anything. Dr. Smith was very personable and treated me kindly. I felt heard and that he would do his best to care for me.
No issues
I don't have any complaints! Everyone was courteous and respectful of my dignity and personal space! I would highly recommend this office to my family and friends.... I have been a patient of Sumter OB-GYN for 44 years and never had a problem... Thank you Dr Triz Smith for your professionalism.
Everything was great. Everybody was professional. Everything was nice and clean. I love it.

No improvement needed. Very satisfied with my gynecologist Dr. T. Smith. Awesome bedside manner. Also approaches you with a smile. Seems to care about you personally and constantly asking you if have any questions do you need anything.
One thing I believe that the doctor need to make sure that he looks back in a patient history before making a decision to take someone off of blood thinner when not aware of the episodes of blood clots that have occurred with the patient. The other thing is I found that there's not true statement in the medical summary that he completed. Some things that he claimed he addressed, we did not discuss. And the claim that my hematologist said I needed to be off the blood thinner for three days was incorrect. His anesthesiologist and his brother-in-law were saying three days. My hematologist said two days, and I disagreed. I thought I needed a bridge, which was a lower notch.
Yes, I only, if they had told me I could have come back, it would have helped me a lot because the day after the exam, I got into big trouble. Called up there, couldn't get any help, but I sure need it. I needed aftercare because I don't know which way to go. Thanks.
Everything was perfect. No complaints or concerns on anything.
I can't think of a thing that could have improved my visit. I had not had a gyn visit in many years and was nervous about this visit. Dr. Smith and his staff were all supportive and made me more relaxed. My treatment options were explained and I was asked several times if I had any questions. Delicate questions were answered in a way that didn't make me feel foolish for asking them.
Overall excellent experience and services provided.
The respect and trust offered to me as a patient was very good, and I appreciated all the concern and kindness of the staff.
Appointment went well. Was given an opportunity to ask any questions I needed to or yo discuss anything. Did not need anything else. Thank you
Everything is what it need to be , keep doing a wonderful job, you guys rock??????
To check me and see what was wrong
You have been late to most of my appointments. If you were punctual, I would feel like you were more professional.
Nothing everything was great
I have no requests, I had a great experience.
None.... Everyone was professional.
No response/ no problem
I don't have any suggestions. I felt as if we were treated and cared for respectively.
Communication between the nurses that accompany the Dr in the examination room and the Nurse that calls the patient after visit as non existent. I am still waiting for medication the Dr advised me to switch to yet it' still hasn't been called into my pharmacy a week later nor-was it in the after visit summary report. The nurse that called me today with test results had no idea what I was referring to when asked about the status of my prescription. The Dr. is great and I have full confidence in his ability however, if he doesn't have good support staff... it reflects on the overall care.
At the time of my appt. I didn't really know what additional questions to ask. Now, after speaking with my family and others there may be many. I am told all my questions will be answered at my pre-op appointment.
None, everything was good
At the end, I waited to be dismissed. After a few Minutes, I opened the door and asked if I could leave, the nurse was in the hall on her cell phone and stated I could. It was the same nurse that assisted the doctor.
Everything was awesome.
I have been very pleased with the care I have received from this provider.
Right now I can't think of anything else that could've been done all is well.
Nothing everybody was super nice
Nothing, perfect care. Dr. Smith is a great doctor and all the nurses were great too!
Most understanding and more personality. Doesn't listen to anything goes off based on how you're feeling that day but not long term.
I thought Dr. Triz had poor bedside manner. When I asked about doing laparoscopic surgery he said, "we can do that by all means because that's what puts food on my kids' table." I found this quite rude. I will be doing the surgery, but not with Dr. Triz or to put food on his kids' table. I'm sure he will do just fine either way, but I will continue to go through my condition until I find a doctor who does share concern for my health. Dr. Triz's demeanor did not put forth that he was here to help me and I hope in the future he does better.
Nothing! Everyone from check in, lab, nurse & doctor were great!
