You did absolutely wonderful. Keep up the good work!
I was comfortable with all the care and information I received .
Dr Macnevin is great
Have nurse trained better. Not snatching Ekg leads off all at one time. This never happened before.
Move more quickly. Nurse got me at 10am. Did her stuff then I waited over 30 minutes Then saw Dr. Maybe in for a good visit.
Dr. MacNevin was very unprofessional and made me feel unheard. I was told that the condition I have was "benign" and I was healthy, and was just told to eat less salt after I had an event of pre-syncope and blue lips. My previous cardiologist had me on a prescription, they don't put you on medication for a "benign" condition. I will be getting a second opinion.
Received great care
N/A. Everyone from the high school intern to the cardiologist was terrific!
They were professional, concerned and helpful.
It were a great visit .
All the personnel (Dr included) was helpful, informative, positive, professional. I go to many doctors offices and I can think of no way to improve this office.
No suggestions
Everything was great except the wait to see the doctor was 90 minutes from the scheduled appointment time.
The staff is excellent; I don't think they need to change anything. I'm very satisfied with my doctor and all the staff at that clinic.
Everything was fine. The staff were all professional, yet warm and caring, in their interactions with me and my daughter.
Cant think of anything. It was a good visit.
Excellent care was provided. Difficult to improve what is already excellent!!
My only comment is the wait was a little long. But it was my first visit so there were a lot of medical questions. Which I am sure was normal.
Took way too long to get through my appointment. I had a 9:15 and did not go back until 10:15. And then waited another thirty minutes before the doctor came in.
Have more exam rooms available to accommodate the number of available providers. My first visit for this provider, long wait time.
Everything was great.
There was way too many patients in the lobby. I had to wait over an hour to be seen. There needs to be better planning and consideration of patients time.
Nothing more . I was treated with kindness and respect
I found no short comings. Everything was great.
I had to wait an hour to be seen.
If the nurse was more forth coming with the results of his exam, i.e, BP, EKG results. I don't recall him making notes of my results or taking my pulse, or temperature which is normally a part of the process. He did not wash or sanitize his hand before the exam.
Continue to do what you're doing
There is LWAYS A ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT AND SHOULD BE EXPLOYED.
Totally satisfied with my visit.
I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time, then sat for over an hour before being called to the exam room.
I am satisfied with the care that I received from the staff. Wait time in the lobby and the exam room is too long. I get weary and sick feeling having to wait so long.
N/A. I had a very successful encounter. Everyone was very friendly.
I felt that I was waiting for about 40 minutes before I was seen and then the time in the doctor's office with the doctor was less than 10 minutes and my time is important to me and I felt like I shouldn't wait for 45 minutes if my appointment was at 2:15 and I'm not being pulled back into the office until almost 3 o'clock. Like to me, that's really not respecting my time.
You doing, keep it up.
just keep up the good work you are doing.
None. All were very attentive.
I do not think they need to change anything. They are very courteous and polite.
Less time waiting
Be mindful of the wait time patients are experiencing.
There Is no need for any changes. Everything went well. We need more doctors and staff members like these people.
Everything was great, no complaints.
I got to the office 20 minutes early and then waited an hour in the exam room to be seen. This is a consistent occurrence at this office. It's frustrating that you don't value my time as much as you value stacking your schedule.
Sick staff should wear masks. The nurse taking my Bp coughed really close to my face. She was apparently sick so why wasn't she wearing a mask while providing services for people with compromised immune systems? Additionally the NP began treatment assessment cutting me off after asking me questions and she asked me the same question three times because she didn't like my answer. Those communication skills are unprofessional and disrespectful. I waited 45 m after check-in to be taken back with nurse. Then 30m to see NP. But the time I saw the doctor I had been waiting for 1.5hrs. At checkout I waited over 10min in line. Then I found out at checkout that a blood test was ordered (NP and Dr made no mention). No one was available to draw blood so I was sent downstairs at Parkridge. The lab technician asked me why I was downstairs since the lab orders indicated the blood draw was to be taken in office. How would I know except to blame it on incompetence. I went in for my heart and left more stressed than I came due to the experience with staff and the long wait times. However the lab tech downstairs was efficient and created a pleasant experience. She was a breath of fresh air at the end of an aggravating Dr appointment. The dr was kind and pleasant but too long of a wait for him and his staff is unprofessional.
Be more punctual
It was good.
Nothing. Dr MacNevin is honest and I trust him with my care
Timing. Takes a long time to be seen by the doctor.
Can't think of anything. Dr MacNevin knows what he is doing.
Every one was pleasant
I can't think of anything. I was treated very well as always. I trust my Doctor and I will do what he says.
