Prisma Health Vaccination Sites

Below are Prisma Health’s vaccination sites and hours of operation.

To better manage vaccine administration, we are consolidating our sites to six locations. The following sites will close and any appointments will be moved to another site. 

• Hillcrest Hospital – appointments after Feb. 11 will move to the Kmart site. 
• Patewood Hospital – appointments after Feb. 11 will move to the Kmart site. 
• Baptist Parkridge Hospital – appointments after Feb. 18 will move to the Baptist Columbia site. 
• Baptist Easley Hospital – appointments after Feb. 19 will move to the Kmart site. 
• Richland Hospital – appointments after Feb. 20 will move to the Gamecock Park. 
• Greer Memorial Hospital – appointments after Feb. 27 will move to the Kmart site. 

Please note: 

• We are allowing limited second-dose walk-ins as vaccine supply is available – only for those who are more than 26 days from the date they received their first dose. Please check this page for updates before visiting a site.
• Our vaccination sites administer the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. 
• Bring identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, and your insurance card if you have one .
• If you are a healthcare worker, you must bring credentials proving your phase 1a status .
• Do not bring companions unless you need physical assistance .
